SHELLSBURG:  Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Jacobs, age 49, died Saturday, January 5, 2008 at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids following an extended illness.
     Private Services and Committal will be held with Phillips Funeral Home in Vinton assisting the family.
     Cindy is survived by her children, Shane (Nicole) of Keystone, and Amanda of Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Kailyn of Keystone, and Adrian of Brooklyn; her brother, John Cryder of Shellsburg; and many aunts and uncles.
