VINTON:  Mary Isbell Bolenbaugh, age 79, died Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at Virginia Gay Hospital from complication of cancer. 
    Funeral Services will be held 10:30 A.M., Thursday, September 21, 2006 at the Vinton Presbyterian Church with Rev.Ronald Sumption officiating.  Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton.  Friends may register from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Thursday.  A memorial fund has been established.
    Mary leaves behind her long time companion of 60 years, Luella Gipe, her sisters, Janet (Keith) Elwick, and Ruth (Meg) Dulin all of Vinton; her nieces, Jean (Don) Lewis and Kathy (Cort) Butterfield, her nephews, Mike (Cindy) Elwick, and John (Pauline) Elwick all of Vinton, Scott (Mary) Bolenbaugh of Devon, PA, Tim Dulin of Phoenix, AZ, Kim (Leona) Dulin, Mark (Irene) Dulin and Matt Dulin all of Vinton; several great nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews; and her long-time friends, Sylvia Schoonover and Irene Cashman, both of Vinton.
        Mary was born February 14, 1927 at Vinton to Seymore Glenn and Florence (Taylor) Bolenbaugh.  She graduated from Lincoln High School in Vinton.
    Mary was employed by Vinton Produce for 38 years before retiring in 1975.  Mary and Luella traveled the United States after retirement visiting several relatives due to her interest in genealogy. She was a member of the Vinton Presbyterian Church.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, O.R. "Buzz" Bolenbaugh; her nephew, Tom Bolenbaugh; and her sister-in-law, Ruth Bolenbaugh Mullane.
