VINTON:  Thomas Patrick Warner, age 55, of Sac City, IA, formerly of Vinton, died Monday, November 6, 2006 at Loring Hospital in Sac City following a sudden illness.
     Memorial Services will be held at 2:30 P.M., Wednesday November 8, 2006 at the Phillips Family Center 605 2nd Avenue Vinton.  Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the Family Center.
     Thomas was born May 30, 1951 in Storm Lake, the son of R.T. "Bill" and Cheryl (Stufflebeam) Warner.  He attended school in Vinton and graduated from Ackley High School in 1969.  Tom owned and operated the Viking Bay Restaurant and Lounge in Schaller and Sac City.  He was an avid fisherman.
     He is survived by his son Joshua Warner and wife Jennifer Gingrich of Portland, OR., two daughters, Kati Warner of Fridley, MN., Ann Warner of Minneapolis, MN., his step-father James Kirk of Vinton, two sisters, Cynthia (Paul) Klein of  Rickardsville, IA., Claudia Warner of Commanche, IA., his step-sister Deb Kirk of Golden, CO., three grandchildren, Elsa Warner, Jack Taylor and Kiley Jensen and his companion Paulene Vandenheuvel of Shaller.
     He was preceded in death by his parents, and his step-brother Dan Kirk.
