VINTON:     Thomas "Tom" Michael Winsor, 62, died Wednesday, April 13, 2011 while working in Boone.

     The family will receive friends to honor Tom's life,  from 1 to 2 p.m on Monday, April 18, 2011 at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. 6th St. in Vinton, followed by Committal Services at the Brandon Cemetery in Brandon, Iowa.

     Tom was born March 19, 1949 at Cedar Rapids to Richard and Wanda (Fuller) Winsor and graduated from Washington High School in Vinton in 1968.

     Tom had worked as a tuckpointer his entire adult life and was currently employed by Bascom Tuckpointing Company.   He enjoyed collecting antiques.

     He is survived by his daughter, Rachelle (Dave) Timmerman of Fairfax and his grandchildren, Kali, Paige, John and Tessa; his sister, Nancy (Bart) Flickinger of Garrison;  his niece Brooke (Chris Riffey) Salger, and his nephew, Jake (Sherri) Isbell; and his loving companion, Diane Proctor and her children, Amy (Jeff) Coffin, and Krystal Elliott.

     Tom was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Norbert Winsor.
