BLAIRSTOWN: William Albert Frimml, 66, of Blairstown died Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehab Center of Belle Plaine following a long illness.
      A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, September 28, 2007 at St. John's Catholic Church in Blairstown with Father Brian Shepley as Celebrant.  Interment will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Blairstown.  Friends may call at Phillips Funeral Home in Blairstown from 5 to 8 PM on Thursday, where a Vigil Service will begin at 7:30 PM.  A memorial fund has been established.
     Bill was born November 12, 1940 to Cecil and Luella (Stallman) Frimml in Norway.  He was raised in the Norway/Blairstown area graduating from Blairstown High School.
     Bill was a person who could visit with everyone and was a good judge of character.  He loved his 4-H days, traveling the countryside with family or his many friends.
     Bill is survived by his sisters, Mary Disterhoft of Marengo, Jane (Bill) Dietrich of Victor, Luann (John) Luthenhaus of Cedar Rapids, Marcia (Don) Bonham of Middletown, OH, and Sandy (Bob) Mantz of Raton, NM; his brothers, John Frimml of Belle Plaine, Robert (Maryls) Frimml of Newhall, Richard (Dee) Frimml of Luzerne, and David Frimml of Cedar Rapids; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Bill is also survived by many family members and friends.
     Bill was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Margaret Stumpff; his sister-in-law, Susan Frimml; and his brother-in-law, Paul Disterhoft.
