KEYSTONE - Wally Reinberg, age 77, died Sunday, May 13, 2007 at the Vinton Lutheran Home following a brief illness.
     Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, Mary 17, 2007 at St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone with Rev. Dr. James Eggert officiating.  Interment will be held at the Keystone Cemetery.  Friends may call at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Keystone from 4 to 7 PM on Wednesday.  A Memorial Fund has been established.
     Wally was born June 2, 1929 on the family farm near Keystone to Herman and Minnie (Selk) Reinberg.
     On August 18, 1953 he married Pauline Chizek at Dysart and the couple farmed and raised their family near Keystone.
     Wally was a life long member of St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone.  He was a Charter member of the Keystone Turner Hall.  He truly loved farming and was a member of the Belle Plaine Livestock Board.  In his leisure he enjoyed bowling, dancing, and playing cards.  Wally was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
     He is survived by his wife, Pauline of Keystone; his sons, Doyle (Cindy) Reinberg of Keystone, and Dave (Ann) Reinberg of Marshalltown; his daughters, Dee (Jamie) Kaloupek of Elberon, and Deb (Ray) Olsen of Ankeny; twelve grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and his sisters, Darlene Eckert of Cedar Rapids, and Mardell Tinkey of Coralville.
     His parents preceded him in death.
