VINTON: Crystal Lee Offerman, 37, passed away on Friday, October 17rd, 2025 following an traffic accident.

Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday October 28, 2025 at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel (212 E 6th St, - Vinton) followed by a visitation until 7 PM.

Crystal was born July 16th, 1988 to Rick Bush and Brenda Sanders. She was a waitress at Vinton Family Restaurant and was beloved by her coworkers who were like a family. Crystal married Jeff Offerman on September 21st, 2015 in Hiawatha. They were separated for a time but their love brought them back to rekindle their relationship in the last year.

Crystal loved the outdoors and loved fall. She was kind, loving, loyal, and a wonderful mother. She loved helping people. She enjoyed playing Call of Duty, reading, painting, and writing, and published a book called Rise of the Relic. She loved 80s and 90s music.

Crystal is survived by her father Rick (Connie) Bush, and mother Brenda Sanders; Her boyfriend Jeff Offerman; and her beloved children Natalyn Coyle, Scotty Coyle Jr., Karyna Coyle, Leon Offerman, and Quinten Zeien.
