VAN HORNE:  Heather Lynn (Cohrt) Kaiser, age 38, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at home in Van Horne.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, with interment at the Keystone Cemetery.  A memorial fund has been established.

Heather was born on August 28, 1982, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Gary and Karen (Blanchard) Cohrt

Heather's greatest joy in life was her daughter Laurynn, she dearly loved the time they shared together.

She is survived by her daughter Laurynn Kaiser; her mother Karen Cohrt of Van Horne; siblings, Rob (Kandon) Hathaway of Belle Plaine, Christine (Mike) Vest of Grinnell; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Gary Cohrt in 2013.
