MARION:  Jennifer Sue Ferguson, age 48, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 following a traffic accident in Johnson County.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Phillips Funeral Home (212 E. 6 ^th Street) in Vinton with Rev. Brian Channel officiating.  Interment will be held at Cox Cemetery near Urbana.  Friends may call from 9:00 until 11:00 AM on Tuesday at the funeral home.  A memorial fund has been established.

Jennifer was born on September 11, 1971 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Thomas and Glenda (Boyles) Ferguson.  Jennifer had worked as the manager of The Money Station in Cedar Rapids.  She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and dearly loved her dogs.  Her greatest joy was the love she had for her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by 4 sons, Jared Ferguson, Jacob Ferguson, Josh Bailey, and John Ferguson, all of Marion; 2 grandchildren, Carson Goettsch, and Jaylynn Knoke-Ferguson; her mother Glenda Ferguson of Marion; father Thomas (Patricia) Ferguson of Cedar Rapids; 2 brothers, Mike Carman, and Jeffrey Carman, both of Marion; her sister, Kelly (Chuck) Overbey of Shellsburg; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
