VINTON:  Robert "Bob" Clark, age 90, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025 at Corridor Crossings Place in Cedar Rapids, with his family by his side.

Graveside services with military rites will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Maplewood Cemetery in Vinton.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be left to the Alzheimers Association in Bob's name.

Bob was born on June 12, 1935 in Manchester, IA to Bernie and Mildred (Mederias) Clark.  He graduated from Center Point High School with the class of 1952.  He served his Country in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1957.  Bob married Beverly Mae Rommann on March 16, 1957 in Cedar Rapids.  Beverly preceded him in death in 2001.  He worked as an appliance repairman for Smulekoff's for 38 years.

Bob loved camping, fishing and hunting, but most of all he loved time spent with family.   He enjoyed his home on the Cedar River and going to the casino from time to time.

He was a great man, father and friend to many and he will be missed.
