VINTON:  Rosemary Allen Meadows, 69, died Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Virginia Gay Hospital following a brief illness.  Private graveside services were held Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Maplewood Cemetery in Vinton.

Rosemary was born at Fort Knox, KY on March 5, 1951 to Charles E. and Mary L. (Tidwell) Meadows. During the 1970's she worked for the James Black Company and the Hong Kong Café in Waterloo.  Rosemary had been a resident of the Cedar Valley Ranch since 2006 where she enjoyed arts and crafts, playing bingo and attending church services.
