CENTER POINT:  Shelby Usher, age 31, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, in Center Point.

No public services are planned.

Shelby was born on April 22, 1991, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Kenny and Shelley (Rule) Usher.  She grew up in Vinton and graduated from Vinton-Shellsburg High School in 2009.  Shelby loved frogs and was proud of being born on Earth Day.  She loved to party with friends.

She is survived by her parents, Kenny and Shelley Usher; 2 brothers, Brendan Rule and family, Shawn Usher and family; her sister McKenzy Usher, all of Vinton, and many loving aunts and other family members.

Shelby was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dick and Geneva Bridge, and Ted and Lola Usher.
