BLAIRSTOWN:  Spencer Bruce Kimm, 30, of Blairstown, passed away Sunday August 24, 2025.  He was born February 16, 1995, and graduated from Benton Community High School in 2013.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the Blairstown American Legion with Rev. Jeffrey Schanbacher officiating.  Followed by a celebration of life from 4:00 until 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family Venmo @kimmfamily or to the family personally.

Spencer was a free spirit and the life of the party, always keeping those around him on their toes. He had a deep love for his family and shared a special bond with his nieces and nephews. Though to Spencer, every child he met quickly became "his family." He would drop everything to help someone in need, always putting others before himself.

He will be remembered for his generous heart, his playful nature, his contagious smile, his unforgettable laughter, and for cruising around town on his lawn mower or moped. Spencer's presence brightened every room he entered, and his spirit will live on in the countless lives he touched. His loyal dog, Luna, was always by his side, and the two shared an unbreakable bond.

Spencer is survived by his parents, Cindy and Brian "Opie" Kimm; brothers Scott Benesh, Michael Benesh, Jodie (Candi) Benesh, Bo (Amy) Benesh, Jake (Jodie) Kimm,  AJ (Angela) Benesh and Skyler (Kimberly) Kimm; and sisters Kristin Benesh, Jami Kimm, and Shyanna (Logan) Gorsch.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Frank and Diana Buhr and Doug and Beverly Kimm; step-grandmother Mardene Kimm; aunt Cindy Stoddard; aunt LuAnn Hansen; uncle Craig "Skitz" Kimm; and uncles David and Danny Buhr

He was deeply loved and will be missed beyond measure by his parents, siblings, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends
