Yvonne Ardyce (Hennings) Kuch, 91, died Thursday, September 10, 2026, at the Keystone Nursing Care Center.

Visitation will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Friday at St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 2, 2026 at St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone. Interment will follow at Keystone Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.

Yvonne was born April 21, 1935, in Elberon to Ervin and Bernice (Hach) Hennings. She graduated in 1953 from the Keystone High School, Yvonne graduated from Iowa State Teachers College in Cedar Falls (UNI), where she received a degree in early education. In addition to her duties as a farm wife, Yvonne was a special education teacher at Reinbeck, Waverly, and Montezuma, and finally a special education teacher at Benton Community.

On June 21, 1959, she was united in marriage to Leland “Lee” Kuch at St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone.

Yvonne was a lifelong member of St. John Lutheran Church, where she served as president of the Dorcas Guild, and also taught weekday school. She was also a member and past president of the pork producers, and a member of the Fine Arts and Band Boosters at Benton Community.

She is survived by her children, Sharman (Alicia) Kuch of Fayetteville, N.C., Crystalinn (Phil) Brackelsberg of Edmond, Okla., Sherwin (Kristin) Kuch of Keystone and Grantlyn Kuch of Peoria, Ill.; seven grandchildren, Carissa and Brianna Brackelsberg, Emily, Ellie, Kaeden, Wyatt and Garrett Kuch; great-grandson, August Schmidt; her sisters, Carolyn Kading of Sioux Falls, SD, Charlene (Dale) Holst of Knoxville, Brenda (Robert) O’Neill of Fairfax; and her brother William “Bill” (Barbara) Hennings of Fairfax

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Alec Brackelsberg; and brother-in-law, Robert O’Neill.
